미가상화폐 거래소 보야져 Voyager 개인정보/주소 업데이트하기

이노무 거주증명.

미국에 살면 정말 여기저기 거주 증명을 해야할때가 많다.

이번엔 보야져... Voyager.

최근 파산한 ㅎㅎ 미국의 가상화폐거래소.

이 회사가 파산을 하면서 고객 돈을 어떻게 환불해줄건지 논의가 되었는데,

결론은,

deposit이 USD 미달러로 보야저 어카운트에 남아있는게 아닌이상,

비트코인, 이더리움, 도지코인 등으로 구매한 가상화폐 코인들은

보야져에서 자동으로 금액 산정을 해 ㅠㅠ발행수표, 체크를 끊여주려는 모양이다.

그래서 주소 업데이트가 필수임.

며칠전 이메일을 받아보니

네덜란드에서 미국 캘리포니아로 첫 이사온집주소로 아직까지 내정보가 기재돼 있는걸 발견했다.

일단 주소 업데이트를 해야하니까.

보야져 고객센터에 문의 이메일을 보냈다.

여긴 전화도 없고 웹채팅 서비스도 읍어...

보냈더니 아래와같은 답변

We’ll get your address updated.   First, we’ll need some information and then we’ll want to do some identity verification to make sure your funds stay safe.   Please respond to this message with the current address on your Voyager account along with the new address you wish to have on your account.   We’ll need you to take a selfie while holding a valid government-issued photo ID and provide one of the following documents to confirm your new home address:   Utility Bill (phone, water, gas, electric, trash or sewer, etc.); W-2 or 1099 Form; An official letter or document from another state or local government agency (on agency letterhead or which contains the official seal of the agency) issued within the previous 30 days; Letter or other documentation issued by the postmaster within the previous 30 days; or Other government documents containing the name and address of the applicant issued within the previous 30 days.

기존 등록되어있던 주소, 그리고 새로운 주소를 증명할 수 있는 ID, 거주증명 서류와함께

셀카를 찍어 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 보야져 dropbox 드롭박스로 사진을 첨부하라는 이야기

우리나라처럼 그냥 이메일 보내면 을마나 좋나....

왠 또 내 얼굴까지 찍어서 보내란말이냐 ㅎㅎ

하지만 하란대로 해야하니까.

오늘 아침에 회사에서 사진을 두장찍어 보야져 드롭박스로 전송했다

 

 

다행히 기존집 주소가 캘리포니아 운전면허증에 적혀있어서,

기존 주소는 운전면허증 driver's license로 증명을 했고.

새로운 주소는 핸드폰 청구서를 출력 후 내 얼굴과 같이 찍어 ㅎㅎ 셀카를 첨부했다.
